Integrity Protection for Data Aggregation in Smart Grid

To evaluate the working state of smart grid, users need to count status devices collected by multiple meters. avoid network congestion during data collection processes in an aggregation protocol is required aggregate messages from meters into one short message. However, since these may contain sensitive information meters, privacy a fundamental requirement for such protocol. At same time, tampering transmitted messages, integrity another important aggregation. Currently, issue has been well addressed using homomorphic encryption algorithms as Paillier cryptographic system, where use key encrypting different messages. much harder than private keys signing address issue, we propose novel called DASG. In DASG, shall show how signatures Chinese Remainder theorem and Lagrange interpolation techniques, respectively. Since two techniques can one, DASG quite light-weight. Therefore, our newly designed grid achieve both security efficiency goals environment. Experimental results that feasible real world applications.
